If Cyberpunk 2077 doesn’t surprise us by releasing beforehand, then August 29th, 2025 is undeniably the date you’ll first experience Lost Soul Aside. Today marks the completion of work on the 1.0 version of this game for both PS5 and PC, as it has officially gone gold.
According to a WeChat post translation, team UltiZero Games announced that their game will be released as planned on the 29th of August, following the completion of all development content. They expressed gratitude for everyone’s ongoing excitement and trust, inviting us to join them on an adventure destined to connect souls on the 29th.

Originally unveiled about ten years ago and in development for quite some time, the game Lost Soul Aside was eventually taken up by Sony for publication. Despite several setbacks causing delays, it now seems that August 29th is the day it will be released to the public. You can view the latest trailer above.
The game will encounter a bit of competition for people’s focus since it launches simultaneously with Gears of War: Reloaded, Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater, and Shinobi: Art of Vengeance. You can reserve your copy now for £59.99 / $59.99.
