Since her early childhood, music has been an integral part of Laura’s life. At the tender age of eight, she started solfeggio lessons, and continued to learn how to play both the piano and cello. Pursuing her passion further, she earned a master’s degree in music theory, music pedagogy, and pop singing. Currently, she is also a teacher at the Conservatory of Music in Esch-sur-Alzette.
2024 saw the French music duo of Julien Salvia and Ludovic-Alexandre Vidal embark on a mission to find a Luxembourgish vocalist for their Eurovision entry. They reached out to Laura, a connection made via an old singing coach.
The exact tune she chose turned out to be her submission for Eurovision. Then, by earning the highest number of points at the Luxembourg Song Competition, her adventure towards Basel commenced!
