Machine Gun Kelly Gives Sweet Shoutout to His Daughters During Tour

Machine Gun Kelly’s love for his girls isn’t cliché. 

Okay, so I was at Machine Gun Kelly’s show in LA the other night, and it was really sweet to see him dedicate a moment to his daughters. He gave a shoutout to both Casie, who’s 16 and his daughter with Emma Cannon, and little Saga, who he welcomed with Megan Fox back in March. It was a really lovely, family-focused moment during his Lost Americana performance.

MGK dedicated his performance to his two daughters, telling the audience, “My oldest has grown up so quickly.” He shared this message in videos posted on social media from the Kia Forum.

MGK sang “Play This When I’m Gone” while a slideshow of photos featuring him and Casie played behind him. The song originally appeared on his 2020 album, Tickets to my Downfall.

Casie has been traveling with her father on his recent tour. She even surprised the audience at a Warped Tour show on November 15th by joining him on stage for a duet, showcasing her singing talent with a performance of his song, “forget me too.”

As Machine Gun Kelly began his performance, captured in a fan video posted to Instagram, he announced, “My daughter is going to come out and sing this song with me.”

While singing the lyrics, “Permanent calligraphy, I just tattooed your name on me forever,” MGK excitedly gestured towards his daughter, adding, “And I actually did!”

I was so touched when Casie was finishing up her performance! Before she left the stage, the rapper—you know, the one famous for ‘Lonely Road’—asked everyone to give a big round of applause for her amazing daughter. It was a really sweet moment!

Casie said her dad’s support makes pursuing performing arts fun, and there’s no pressure to follow in his footsteps. She feels he simply enjoys seeing her have fun with it.

She told TopMob News at the 2025 Kids’ Choice Awards that she’s just enjoying life and open to whatever opportunities might come her way in the entertainment industry. She said she’ll see what happens and pursue things if she wants to.

As for MGK, he gushed about the special connection he shares with both of his daughters.

As she explained on The Drew Barrymore Show in 2023, she believes that speaking badly about their father would be like rejecting a part of her children themselves, since he’s an important part of who they are.

Machine Gun Kelly (MGK) has said his daughter played a key role in his journey to sobriety. MGK, who has been sober since August 2023, explained he wants to be a better father than his own, and breaking the cycle of addiction is essential for his daughter’s well-being.

However, with four young children, their lives are already incredibly full.

Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly had a baby girl on March 27, 2025, adding to their family. The rocker even wrote an original song for his daughter’s arrival, with help from friends like Travis Barker.

“She’s finally here,” MGK exclaimed in a post on Instagram, “our little celestial seed.”

In April 2025, Brian and Sharna had a fun time with Zion, Noah, Bodhi, and Journey, sharing both dessert and plenty of laughs.
