EA Sports has once again used its popular Madden video game to predict the Super Bowl winner. This year, Super Bowl LX will be a rematch between the Seattle Seahawks and the New England Patriots – a surprising matchup considering how the season unfolded. Before the game kicks off this Sunday, February 8th, Madden NFL 26 has simulated the game and revealed its prediction for the winner.
So, I just watched a new video where Madden 26 simulated Super Bowl LX, and it looks pretty interesting. Apparently, the Seahawks are predicted to come out strong, scoring two touchdowns in the first half and going into halftime with a 14-3 lead. But the game doesn’t end there – the simulation shows Patriots’ quarterback Drake Maye really hitting his stride after halftime and managing to tie things up at 17-17 by the end of the third quarter.
With just 40 seconds remaining in the fourth quarter, the Patriots took a 20-17 lead, giving the Seahawks one last chance with the ball. Seahawks quarterback Sam Darnold then drove his team down the field, connecting with Cooper Kupp on two key passes. On the very last play of the game, Seahawks running back Kenneth Walker III scored a touchdown, securing a 23-20 victory for his team.

Madden’s Super Bowl Accuracy
How often does the Madden video game correctly predict the Super Bowl winner? Historically, it’s been right around half the time. For example, Madden 25 correctly predicted the Philadelphia Eagles would win last year. Looking at the last five years, though, it’s only made two correct predictions out of five. So, even though the Seahawks are currently favored, there’s no certainty they’ll actually beat the Patriots in the real game.
If you’re hoping to play Madden 26 before the Super Bowl, EA Sports usually offers discounts on the game each year leading up to it. There aren’t any sales happening right now, but that could change soon, so be sure to check for deals.
