In the latest episode of The Kristian Harloff Show, Harloff discussed rumors surrounding upcoming Marvel movies like Doomsday and Secret Wars, as well as how the X-Men might be integrated into the MCU. One rumor stood out: apparently, Wolverine won’t be the central X-Men character. Instead, the focus will be on Cyclops and the entire Summers family.

Harloff explained that with the X-Men taking center stage, Cyclops and his family will be a major focus. Because of this, Wolverine won’t be as prominent a character.

The Summers family – including Cyclops, Jean Grey, Cable, Rachel Summers, Havoc, Vulcan, and Corsair – has a rich history and complex relationships that could form the core of the franchise. Wolverine isn’t going anywhere, and he’s expected to be just as popular in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) as he was in the previous Fox films.
