Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon’s twins will always be their babies—no matter how much they grow up.
Mariah Carey gave fans a peek at her Easter celebration with her 14-year-old twins, Moroccan and Monroe. It looks like everyone had a wonderfully fun time!
Mariah shared a cute photo on Instagram on April 5th, showing her smiling next to the Easter Bunny. Her daughter, Monroe, playfully stuck her tongue out and made a peace sign while wearing a striped shirt, sweater, and jeans. Her son, Moroccan, looked more serious in a striped button-up shirt layered over a white long-sleeve and jeans.
The adorable family photo shows both teenagers happily holding stuffed bunnies, demonstrating that they still enjoy celebrating the holidays with their mom.
As Mariah captioned the post alongside bunny and heart emojis, “Happy Easter!”
Mariah Carey’s fans are struck by how much her children, Roc and Roe, look like her and Nick Cannon.
One person commented that the boy now resembles Nick and the girl looks like Mariah, while another exclaimed how much the children have grown.
Mariah also knows time is passing quickly. She recently shared that her children are growing up and becoming more independent.
Mariah Carey recently told Jimmy Fallon on The Tonight Show that her daughter is passionate about music. While her daughter used to join Mariah on her Christmas tour, Mariah isn’t sure if that will happen this year. She’s encouraging her daughter to pursue her own musical path, and it seems her daughter is interested in doing so.

But Roe’s twin brother seems to be on a different path.
As a parent, I totally get the pull of the digital world! My son is really into streaming and gaming – it’s pretty much his whole world right now. I even pop into his live streams sometimes, just to connect with him and see what he’s up to. It’s everything for him at this age!
As a mom myself, I always find it fascinating to hear how other parents navigate things! Mariah Carey, you probably know her from hits like ‘We Belong Together,’ recently opened up about what it’s like raising her kids, especially considering she and Nick Cannon separated back in 2014 after six years of marriage. She’s been sharing some really relatable thoughts on her approach to parenting, and it’s been interesting to hear her perspective.
In August 2024, Mariah told TopMob News that she doesn’t think of herself as mean, but she is likely lenient. She explained she doesn’t want to be seen as negative or someone people avoid.
She continued, saying she doesn’t see them as bad people, not at all like she once was. She described them as good, smart, and funny kids, and added with a smile, ‘After all, I’m their mom.’
