McFarlane Toys recently released three new Batman cowls. Fans can pre-order an armored cowl based on Frank Miller’s Batman: The Dark Knight Returns, a cowl inspired by George Clooney’s Batman in Batman & Robin, and a cowl from the Scott Snyder and Greg Capullo Batman: Court of Owls comic. All three are available for pre-order at Entertainment Earth and Amazon for approximately $17.99 each.
Transformers Comic Gets Its Own Animated Series
The popular Transformers comic book universe, called Energon Universe, is getting its own animated series! Announced earlier this year, the show is a collaboration between Robert Kirkman’s comic company and Hasbro. This is exciting news for fans, especially since it will once again connect the Transformers world with G.I. Joe. While another Transformers show, Transformers: Earthspark, is currently on hold at Paramount, this new series promises to be a hit with adult fans, building on Kirkman’s continued success.
