Twenty years ago, there was a successful comedy starring Ben Stiller and Robert De Niro that grossed $330 million at the box office. A sequel came out in 2004, earning an impressive $522 million, and ten years later, in 2010, the third film “Little Fockers” made $310 million. Now, we’re preparing for another encounter with these parents as a fourth movie is on its way!
In the upcoming film, Robert De Niro, Ben Stiller, Teri Polo, and Blythe Danner are all set to reprise their roles. The director of this movie will be John Hamburg, who has co-written the previous Meet the Parents films and is also penning the script for this one. John Hamburg is well-known for his work in both film and television comedy, having contributed to hits like Zoolander and directed movies such as I Love You, Man (2009) starring Paul Rudd and Jason Segel; Why Him? (2016) with Bryan Cranston and James Franco; and Me Time (2022), a Netflix comedy featuring Kevin Hart and Mark Wahlberg.
Meet the Parents 4 is believed to start filming later this year
