MLW’s Panini Trading Card Set First Look Reveals Shotzi, Matt Riddle, and More

Over the past year, I’ve been part of an incredible journey with MLW as it has soared to new heights. Now, we’re gearing up for another major leap in the realm of collectibles. Exciting news! MLW has entered into a multi-year partnership with Panini America – the world’s foremost sports and entertainment collectibles company. This means that Panini will be the exclusive provider of MLW memorabilia, stickers, and trading cards. To top it off, you can get a sneak peek at our brand-new trading cards from the first release in the images below.

In their debut, MLW Trading Cards quickly gained momentum by featuring some of MLW’s top stars and significant events from MLW Summer of the Beasts. As you can see in the gallery below, the initial collection highlights champions such as Matt Riddle (World Heavyweight), Shotzi, Kushida, Ultimo Guerrero (National Openweight), Yuki Kamifuku, Brock Anderson, and the newly crowned MLW World Tag Team Champions Donovan Dijak and Bishop Dyer.

With each new card that comes out, we can expect an increasing number of MLW roster members to join the action. This includes Women’s World Featherweight Champion Shoko Nakajima, Mistico, Kenta, Alex Hammerstone, Himawari, My Yamashita, Ava Everett, Tom Lawlor, and Paul London, but we’re also eagerly waiting for a card featuring Paul Walter Hauser.

Initially, the first assortment debuts on Panini’s Instant Card system, and you can discover them all here once they are released. This is just a start of our collaboration, so more MLW items from Panini will be accessible later this year at stores such as Walmart and Target, along with specialized retailers and Panini’s official website.

Expanding its global influence, MLW’s founder and CEO Court Bauer believes collaborating with Panini, a global authority in collectibles, is an ideal progression. With top-tier fighters engaging in electrifying matches that leave audiences spellbound, MLW thrives on legendary moments. Now, thanks to Panini, spectators can accumulate these memorable instances and claim a fragment of the combat.

Mark Warsop, CEO of Panini America, expressed excitement about the upcoming partnership with MLW, as MLW continues to broaden its horizons globally. He emphasized that Panini America is ideally situated to assist them in connecting with wrestling enthusiasts worldwide and introducing trading cards to fans of the sport.

It’s highly probable that we’ll unveil additional matches when MLW arrives in Dallas for MLW Fightland, happening on the 13th of September, Saturday.
