- Monster Hunter Now Summer Hunty 2025 is right around the corner
- Niantic have revealed new details about the event, including exclusive equipment
- Take on the Elder Dragon Namielle and nab a host of rewards throughout the event
If you’re still looking for an excuse to enjoy some sunshine, Monster Hunter Now by Niantic, the popular AR creature battler, provides just that! That’s because Summer Hunt 2025 is about to begin, starting on July 21st and running through August 3rd. We now have all the latest information on what exciting events you can expect during this period.
First off, you’ll find an array of fresh gear and armaments at your disposal! What’s more, these items are all linked together. Opt for the Summer Blaster Heavy Bowgun and don the Super Swimmer 2025 Armor. Wearing this armor boosts reload speed, reduces recoil, and increases ammunition capacity based on how many pieces you have on.
This armor, known as the Super Swimmer set, includes goggles for swimming, inflatable buoyancy aids, and flippers. Using these items will enhance your ability to attack with fire-based elements. During this event, this power is further amplified. To clarify, this enhancement works in addition to your existing Fire Attack skill.
Wear some layers
And if you’re concerned about your stats, but still want to get those summer vibes, why not check out the Summer Fun Layered Equipment to show off your vacation spirit? All of these pieces will be available through event-exclusive missions to forge and upgrade event-exclusive weapons and gear. There’s also further quests with rewards such as Exchange Tokens, Medals and Guild Card backgrounds on offer!
Starting from July 26th, you’ll also find it beneficial to have assistance as Namielle, the powerful Elder Dragon, will appear in Interceptions. This, along with additional content, a scheduled event, and numerous appearances of monsters you enjoy hunting during this summer season.
