In the latest update, Capcom’s Monster Hunter Rampage (an alternate term for Monster Hunter Wilds) has introduced two legendary monsters, Lagiacrus and Seregios. Notably, Lagiacrus offers a unique experience as players find themselves engaged in an exciting underwater combat with it.
Absolutely, they both offer Tempered Variants that can be accessed when HR (Hunter Rank) reaches 41 or higher. The Arch-Tempered Uth Duna has been introduced, but it will be featured in a time-limited quest at a future date. Noteworthy additions also include Layered Weapons, which let you alter a weapon’s appearance without impacting its stats, and new Support Hunters that you can select based on your preference. Additionally, Nvidia DLSS 4 support has been implemented for enhanced performance.
In September, you can expect additional content with the release of Title Update 3. A new creature is certainly on the way, but it seems Capcom plans to tackle difficulty issues and end-game feedback by introducing a higher tier of quest difficulty and Talisman Crafting. Monster Hunter Wilds is available on Xbox Series X/S, PS5, and PC. Check out our review here.
