
Mr Men movies magic!
For many of us who grew up with them, the Mr. Men animated shorts, voiced by the wonderful Arthur Lowe, were incredibly memorable. The popularity of these characters expanded into the Little Miss series, bringing huge global success to their creator, Roger Hargreaves. Sadly, Hargreaves passed away at the young age of 53 in 1988, but his books continue to be popular, and now there are plans to adapt them into movies.

The team behind the popular Paddington movies is now bringing the beloved Mr. Men and Little Miss characters to the big screen for the first time. This new film expands on the world of Mr. Men and Little Miss, which has recently been growing with an animated series available on YouTube and another one currently being made for TV.

Adam Hargreaves, son of the original creator Roger Hargreaves, expressed his excitement about the upcoming Mr. Men and Little Miss movie. He said it’s wonderful to see his father’s characters come to life on the big screen and that Roger would have been delighted. He also noted this is a significant achievement for the character Mr. Small.
