Netflix is bringing back One Piece with Season 2 of its live-action series early next year. Production is already underway on Season 3, which will adapt the Alabasta Saga. Production is underway for One Piece Season 3 on Netflix, but there’s no confirmed release date yet. Even though Season 2 hasn’t premiered, we already know some new cast members joining the show. Xolo Maridueña will play Portgas D. Ace and Cole Escola will be Bon Clay. Plus, Mikaela Hoover (Tony Tony Chopper), Joe Manganiello (Mr. 0), Lera Abova (Miss All Sunday), and Sendhil Ramamurthy (Nefartari Cobra) will all have bigger parts in the upcoming season.

The cast of One Piece Into the Grand Line is growing, and these new actors will have significant roles in the upcoming Alabasta arc. Creator Eiichiro Oda has announced that Season 2 will cover the Loguetown, Reverse Mountain, Little Garden, Whiskey Peak, and Drum Island storylines from the original One Piece manga. This will set the stage for the Alabasta arc to begin in the third season.

When Does One Piece Season 2 Come Out?

The second season of One Piece is coming soon, with Netflix planning a global release on March 10th of next year. Several new actors are joining the cast, including Charitha Chandran as Vivi Nefertari, Sendhil Ramamurthy as Cobra Nefertari, Daniel Lasker as Mr. 9, Camrus Johnson as Mr. 5, Jazzara Jaslyn as Miss Valentine, David Dastmalchian as Mr. 3, Werner Coetser as Dorry, Brendan Murray as Brogy, Callum Kerr as Smoker, Julia Rehwald as Tashigi, Rob Colletti as Wapol, Ty Keogh as Dalton, Katey Sagal as Dr. Kureha, and Mark Harelik as Dr. Hiriluk.

Following directly after the first season, One Piece Into the Grand Line shows Luffy and his crew, the Straw Hats, entering the dangerous Grand Line. They’ll encounter many important allies and enemies along the way. Expect plenty of action and excitement as the characters come to life – if you haven’t already, it’s a good idea to watch the first season on Netflix first.
