The thrilling series The Night Agent is based on the novel of the same name. It follows FBI agent Peter Sutherland, who uncovers a dangerous conspiracy with ties to the White House while working the night shift. The show quickly became a hit and has been renewed for a second season, set to premiere in 2025.
I’m so thrilled to hear that The Night Agent is coming back for a third season! Netflix just dropped a little teaser on their Tudum site, and while we don’t know all the details yet, it’s clear we can expect more of the intense thrills and non-stop action that made the first two seasons so captivating. As a fan, I couldn’t be more excited!

Viewers on Rotten Tomatoes have criticized season 2, describing it as uninspired and overly focused on supporting characters and unexpected plot turns. While season 3 has the potential to improve by bringing the focus back to the main character and the core premise of The Night Agent, a simpler, more direct conspiracy storyline might not be the best approach.
