Lynnvander Studios and Pop Art Games are launching a Kickstarter campaign on June 9th, 2026, for Dragon Ball Z: The Board Game Saga. This game is designed for 1 to 4 players, letting you take on the roles of iconic characters like Goku, Vegeta, and Gohan. Dragon Ball Z: The Board Game Will Showcase The Iconic Saga
Once you’ve picked your character, you’ll start an adventure filled with strategic movement, helpful power-ups, and exciting battles inspired by the Dragon Ball Z series. A key part of the game is managing your character’s Power Level, which determines how many actions you can take each turn. Get ready to fight and use your character’s unique skills in thrilling dice battles against famous villains from Dragon Ball Z.
While exploring and making choices, you’ll need to improve your characters’ abilities and keep their stress levels in check. Finding the right balance will allow you to unlock powerful new forms and skills.
Okay, so in this game, you and your friends need to team up and take down the bad guys before they collect all seven Dragon Balls and win. Watch out though, because you can also lose if time runs out! The story is meant to be played as one big connected adventure, but you can jump into each part separately if you want, which is pretty cool.
According to Tommy Gofton from Lynnvander Studios, the tabletop game offers a huge amount of content for fans of Dragon Ball Z. He explained that the way the game unfolds in episodes and presents battles closely mirrors the anime, creating a truly immersive and lasting experience for players.
