Ahead of its release in under two weeks, *Ninja Gaiden 4* is now available to pre-load for players on Xbox Series X/S and PC (through the Microsoft Store). The console version requires around 36.82 GB of storage space, while the PC version is approximately 54.9 GB.
The Steam version of the game needs 100 GB of free hard drive space to install, so make sure you have enough room. So far, Team Ninja and PlatinumGames haven’t announced whether there will be a day-one patch, but we’ll let you know if they do.
I’m super hyped for *Ninja Gaiden 4* dropping on October 21st, and it’s even coming to PS5! This time around, I’ll be playing as Yakumo, a member of the Raven Clan, and my main goal is to finally take down the Dark Dragon. It’s a little complicated though, because I’m actually at odds with Ryu Hayabusa, who’s thankfully also a playable character. From what I’ve heard, the story should take around 15 to 20 hours to beat, which sounds perfect.
The game offers lots of extra content and a Chapter Replay mode, letting you play through the story as either ninja. Once you finish the game, you’ll also unlock Master Ninja difficulty for a really tough challenge. You can find more information here, or read our guide to get prepared for the game’s release.
