During this week’s Tokyo Game Show 2025, Koei Tecmo showed off *Nioh 3*, and a potential release date may have been accidentally revealed. Thanks to a listing on Amazon Japan spotted by Twitter user Renka_schedule, the game is currently slated to launch on February 6th, 2026.
The new action RPG will be available in two versions: a Standard Edition and a special Treasure Box Edition. The Treasure Box includes an artbook, a desk mat, a keychain, and a CD with music from the game. While the listings for both versions have been taken down, it’s likely pre-orders will become available after the upcoming State of Play presentation.
Nioh 3 is currently being developed for both PlayStation 5 and PC. The game returns players to Feudal Japan to fight yokai, but this time you’ll play as Tokugawa Takechiyo. A major change from previous Nioh games is the expanded environments-levels are much larger and less restrictive-and the ability to instantly switch between Samurai and Ninja combat styles.
