From 2002 to 2006, the creators released a five-part RPG series called Xenosaga, featuring three main games, a side story, and a remake. Now, Xenosaga is making a comeback, but not with a new game. Instead, it’s a re-release – and it’s not the version many fans were hoping for.

Over the course of two seasons, they streamlined storylines and removed some characters to give the show its own identity.
