However, comics enthusiasts are well aware of the rich history between them. Their first encounter took place in college, where Matt’s debut as Daredevil involved intervening when a group of armed men held several hostages, including Elektra’s father. Unfortunately, during this incident, Elektra’s father lost his life. Overwhelmed by grief, Elektra departed to cope with her pain, and Matt felt responsible for not being able to prevent her departure. Subsequently, she was taken under the wing of the assassination organization known as the Hand, marking the beginning of many confrontations between her and Daredevil throughout the years.
