Defeating bosses rewards you with their Shells, which grant you powerful abilities to use in battle. You can equip up to three Shells and switch between them on the fly, creating some amazing combinations. Each Shell also has four different upgrade paths, letting you customize your playstyle. However, these upgrades often come with trade-offs – improving one area might mean weakening another, forcing you to make tough decisions to build the character you want. This system creates a deeply engaging RPG experience.

Good news! Microsoft Gaming’s new CEO, Asha Sharma, recently shared on Twitter that ‘Helix’ is the internal codename for their next Xbox console. She says it will deliver top-tier performance and play all your Xbox and PC games. She’s excited to discuss it further with developers and partners at her first Game Developers Conference next week!

This series definitely wasn’t for everyone, and a lot of people wanted a more groundbreaking tournament. However, I really enjoyed it as a Superman story, and looking back, there were some fantastic scenes – like Superman using Darkseid’s Omega Sanction, or the Trinity battling their counterparts from another universe. While fans are still discussing how good the series was, I’d like to highlight some of the most exciting moments from the main story and its related comics to show just how cool it could be.

The first trailer for the upcoming movie Lanterns gives fans the best look yet at how Hal and John’s relationship develops. What’s surprising is the trailer’s realistic tone – it seems to be focusing on a down-to-earth mystery rather than big, cosmic action. While there’s a quick, fun reference to the Green Lantern Ch’p, the trailer mostly avoids typical superhero moments, instead highlighting the tension between Hal and John. However, one line of dialogue has worried fans about whether the movie fits with the story of last year’s Superman. Hal tells John he doesn’t talk to other Green Lanterns because they’re “all aliens.” This creates a potential plot problem, since Guy Gardner (played by Nathan Fillion) was a well-known hero appearing publicly in Metropolis in the 2025 film.
