One of 2008’s Best Xbox 360 Games Just Got Stealth Released on a New Platform

Back in 2008, the acclaimed indie puzzle game Braid, created by Jonathan Blow and his studio Number None, quickly became a standout title, earning a 93 on Metacritic and widespread praise as one of the best games of its generation. Recently, an updated version called Braid Anniversary Edition was released with enhanced graphics, audio, and new content. Now, this remastered version has unexpectedly launched on the Nintendo Switch 2. While the original Xbox 360 game was already playable on Switch and therefore compatible with the Switch 2, this new release is specifically optimized for the system with additional improvements. Plus, owners of the original Switch version can upgrade to the Switch 2 version for only $3, a significant discount from the usual $20 price.

Al Pacino’s Underrated 2-Part Thriller Series On Prime Video

Before becoming a movie star in 1969 with Me, Natalie, Al Pacino started his television career with a single appearance on N.Y.P.D. While he’s largely focused on film since then, he still occasionally returns to TV. His most recent role was in the Prime Video series Hunters, a drama thriller that unfortunately didn’t last as long as it deserved.

ARC Raiders Has Sold 14 Million Units, “Significantly Exceeded Expectations” Says Nexon

The game also reached its highest point last month with nearly a million players online at the same time across all platforms, and currently has six million weekly players. Although player numbers on Steam have dipped recently, likely because there hasn’t been much new content, it still had over 232,000 players online at its peak in a single day. This is a much higher number than the 50,000 concurrent players seen in Battlefield 6, and the 42,000 in Call of Duty.

The Most Popular Game In Each Year of the 1980s

Released in arcades in 1978, Space Invaders quickly became a huge hit and remained popular for years, inspiring many similar games. It was the best-selling video game of 1980 and eventually generated $9.09 billion in sales when adjusted for inflation. Though simple by today’s standards, Space Invaders was a groundbreaking achievement and is considered one of the most influential games ever made. It continues to inspire new versions, sequels, and countless imitations. Other notable games from 1980 include Combat on the Atari 2600, Asteroids, and Pac-Man.

18 Years Ago Today the Best Xbox 360 RPG Released

Released in 2007 for the Xbox 360, Lost Odyssey quickly became known as one of the greatest RPGs ever made – a sentiment I share. Created by Mistwalker and led by Hironobu Sakaguchi, the original creator of Final Fantasy, it offered a classic turn-based JRPG experience with cutting-edge graphics and presentation for its time. Fans have been requesting a remake for years, and while a more recent version is available through backward compatibility, it’s not the full, updated revival they’ve been hoping for. Now, with RPGs experiencing a resurgence in popularity, thanks to games like Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, it’s the perfect time to revisit and remake Lost Odyssey.
