REVIEW: “Scream 7” (2026)

The “Scream” franchise returned in 2022 with a simply titled new installment – “Scream” – followed by “Scream VI” in 2023. These recent films try to capture the feeling of the originals while also offering something new, but they mostly just pay tribute to the first, better movie. Unfortunately, the new stories and characters suffer from illogical plot holes and general silliness.

Graham Norton Reveals New Detail on Taylor Swift, Travis Kelce Wedding

Okay, so Taylor finally mentioned she’d invite Graham Norton to the wedding, which was months ago, and now he just casually dropped that they’ve hit a major milestone in planning! I’m seriously losing it! It’s happening, you guys, it’s really happening! I need details, I need a seating chart, I need… everything! I’m obsessed, obviously.

2 of the 3 Highest-Rated Games of 2026 Are Capcom Games

Looking for a great new game? Check out Resident Evil Requiem, currently the highest-rated game of 2026. It’s earned an 88 on Metacritic, putting it at the top of Metacritic’s Best Games This Year list. The second-highest-rated game is the indie title Mewgenics, but the third spot also belongs to a Capcom game.

Christian Bale’s New Sequel Finally Gives Us the Dark Knight Casting WB Tried & Failed To Make Happen

Christian Bale, who also has an Oscar, recently confirmed he’ll be joining Leonardo DiCaprio in Heat 2. While details about their roles are still secret, many movie fans are thrilled – they’ve been hoping to see these two actors work together for years. In fact, Warner Bros. tried to pair them up for a DC Comics sequel over a decade ago, but that project never happened.

This Forgotten Pokémon Classic Deserves A Remaster

The recent release of Pokémon Pokopia, a game made by a studio other than Game Freak, suggests that The Pokémon Company is now more willing to let other developers work on the Pokémon franchise and experiment with new ideas. This got me thinking about which of Pokémon’s best spin-off games deserve a comeback – either through a sequel, a remake, or even just an updated version. For me, and I suspect many longtime Pokémon fans, the answer is Pokémon Colosseum. It’s a classic that still feels surprisingly fresh and inventive, often more so than many of the games Game Freak is currently producing.

How A Promising Game Studio Closed Without Ever Releasing A Single Game

However, each of these decisions actually has significant negative consequences. It harms companies, is devastating for the developers who work on these projects, and ultimately disappoints players. The recent closing of TiMi Montreal is a good example. While the studio hadn’t released a game since its founding in 2020, the closure is still unfortunate for everyone involved and points to a larger problem within the gaming industry.

Marvel Debuts the New Defenders (And They’re the Ultimate Satire)

In Ultimates #21, the battle against the Maker’s Council continues as the Avengers lead the charge against their oppressive rule. This version of the Avengers, from Marvel’s Ultimate Universe, is a group of imprisoned heroes freed by Luke Cage, who formed them as a resistance force. Now that they’ve broken free, they’re ready to confront the Council directly. However, the Council isn’t backing down, and member Emmanuel Da Costa, known as Black King, introduces a new team called the Defenders, whose mission is to crush the Avengers and anyone else who challenges their authority.
