Readers of DC’s Absolute Universe have learned that no one and nothing is safe. This alternate reality, created by Darkseid and his Omega Energy, is a grim place designed to strip heroes of everything that helped them in their original world. For Batman, it’s not just his home or base of operations that have been taken away – it’s also the allies who supported his counterpart in the main universe.

The problem involves the “Christmas Amnesia” episode from Season 3 of Sabrina the Teenage Witch, which first aired on December 11, 1998 – exactly 27 years ago. In the episode, Sabrina accidentally makes everyone forget about Christmas after going to a party in the Other Realm. Because she’s the only one who still remembers the holiday, she has to quickly find a way to bring the Christmas spirit back before it’s lost forever.

Some readers were disappointed with the second issue of DC K.O., as they expected a series of one-on-one battles. Instead, it turned out to be a quest to find the most powerful weapons in the DC Universe. While the issue was enjoyable, some fans felt it didn’t deliver on the initial promise of the series. Now that we’re a few weeks into DC’s “All Fight Month,” I’m starting to worry about something else entirely.

Warlock is the next game from Invoke Studios, the team behind Dungeons & Dragons: Dark Alliance. Invoke Studios was acquired by Wizards of the Coast in 2019, and while Dark Alliance didn’t get great reviews, they haven’t released a new game since. Warlock will be another attempt at a Dungeons & Dragons video game, and hopefully the developers have used what they learned from the previous game to make this one better. I’m really hoping for a new single-player D&D RPG, so I’m staying positive and looking forward to what they create. Here are 5 features I’d love to see in the game.

This week marks the 16th anniversary of the release of Disney’s The Princess and the Frog, which premiered on December 11, 2009. The film was groundbreaking as it introduced Disney’s first and only Black princess. It was also one of the last Disney movies created using traditional hand-drawn animation, before the studio shifted towards computer-generated imagery, as seen in Tangled (released a year later). Despite its popularity, plans for a sequel have unfortunately been cancelled.
