As a big Law & Order: SVU fan, I was really looking forward to seeing Busfield guest star as a judge in an episode called “Corrosive,” which was scheduled for January 15th. But then, news broke about an arrest warrant related to alleged abuse of child actors on the set of The Cleaning Lady. Because of that, the episode was pulled at the last minute, and they aired a different one instead. At the time, nobody knew if “Corrosive” would ever see the light of day, or if it was just scrapped completely.

Some fans don’t even consider Slippin’ Jimmy part of the Breaking Bad universe, and it’s easy to see why. This animated series, focusing on a young Jimmy McGill growing up in Illinois, simply doesn’t compare to the quality of Vince Gilligan’s live-action Breaking Bad. It lacks the style and clever storytelling that made the original show so great.

Ray Romano starred as Ray Barone in the popular sitcom Everybody Loves Raymond for nine seasons and over 200 episodes. The show centered around Ray’s marriage to Debra (Patricia Heaton) and their three children: Ally, Geoffrey, and Michael. In 2025, a special reunion aired, bringing Romano and the cast back together to reminisce about the series.

Quentin Tarantino’s Django Unchained, originally released in December 2012, is currently the most popular movie on Hulu, which is now part of Disney+. The R-rated Western has reached the #1 spot, followed by Tarot at #2, The Mummy at #3, Tin Soldier at #4, and Springsteen: Deliver Me from Nowhere rounding out the top five at #5.

Apple TV has released the first look at Cape Fear, an upcoming series set to stream on Jun. 5. The series stars Amy Adams as Anna Bowden, Patrick Wilson as Tom Bowden, and Javier Bardem as the villainous Max Cady, previously played by Robert De Niro in the 1991 film. Like previous adaptations, the series follows two married attorneys as they encounter the killer that they put in prison. The show hails from creator Nick Antosca, whose previous work includes Channel Zero and A Friend of the Family. Read the official plot synopsis:

The story begins with typical office drama, focusing on Linda, a diligent employee who unintentionally rubs her colleagues the wrong way. She believes the company president has promised her a promotion, though this seems unlikely given her current position. However, her hopes are dashed when the president dies and his entitled son, Bradley, takes over, making it clear she won’t be getting ahead. In fact, her job is at risk. To appease her, Bradley agrees to take her on a business trip to Thailand, but only if she does all the work and prepares everything for him to present as his own.

I’ve been a fan of Jason Momoa for a while now, and it’s awesome to see his range! He’s fantastic as these big, heroic types – Aquaman is perfect for him – but he can also be a really compelling villain, like his role as Dante in Fast X. And then this year, he was in A Minecraft Movie, which was huge, and getting to see him work with Jack Black was a real treat! It was such a fun movie adaptation.
