Although this season of Industry gave Harper (Myha’la) more attention, which I appreciated, the finale ended up focusing heavily on a shocking and upsetting situation involving Yasmin.

As a movie and TV reviewer, I’ve seen a lot change in the last two decades. We’ve had incredibly powerful dramas, comedies that really defined a moment in time, and shows that became worldwide obsessions thanks to streaming. Now, they’re asking us – the viewers – to pick the one program that truly rises above it all. It’s a tough choice, honestly!

As a total movie and TV buff, I’ve put together a list of everything awesome hitting Paramount+ in March! I’ve personally gone through and picked out the best new original shows and movies, and I’m sharing a complete rundown of everything fresh that’s coming to the service this month.

The film features a strong cast including Jude Law, Loren Dean, Tony Shalhoub, Ernest Borgnine, Gore Vidal, and Alan Arkin. The story centers around a man with genetic disadvantages who buys superior genes from a lab-created individual, hoping to finally achieve his dream of traveling to space. But things become much more complicated when he falls in love with a colleague, and a murder occurs just days before the launch. It’s a surprisingly intricate plot, as you can imagine!

The horror film Pinocchio: Unstrung offers a dark and violent twist on the classic tale of a puppet who wants to be a real boy. Featuring horror icon Richard Brake as Gepetto, this version sees Pinocchio achieving his dream through a gruesome murder spree, collecting human parts to become ‘real.’ Inspired by a sinister take on Jiminy Cricket, voiced by Robert Englund, Pinocchio’s journey to life quickly becomes a nightmare. Jagged Edge Productions released the film’s trailer on YouTube (as reported by Variety), along with a short description of the plot.

In a most enlightening discourse with CNBC, our dear Lee foretells that the worst of the war-induced sell-off shall pass this very week. Pray, let us clutch our purses and hope he speaks true!

The film In the Blink of an Eye tells three interconnected stories across millennia, starting with the Big Bang and moving forward in time and space. It explores everything from the origins of life to the struggles of a Neanderthal family, and then jumps to the present and future. While the film is incredibly ambitious and took some bold risks, viewers have found it to be both visually spectacular and deeply moving. This is especially noteworthy for director Andrew Stanton, who previously only directed one live-action film, John Connor, but is also known for the beloved animated classics Finding Nemo and WALL-E. One previous misstep shouldn’t overshadow his impressive talent.

TrekMovie recently interviewed co-showrunner Noga Landau and series creator Gaia Violo about the recently completed second season. Landau confirmed the series is not ending, stating they have plenty more story to tell. Violo added that the season finale is quite shocking, and viewers won’t want it to be the end.

The Axis Mundi and the Hollow Earth are central mysteries in the Monsterverse, and understanding them is crucial for following the story of Monarch Season 2. Here’s a breakdown of everything you need to know about these important locations.
