Miraculous Studio Announces Brand New Franchise (And It’s Really Different From Ladybug And Cat Noir)

ZAG, the animation studio known for Miraculous, is partnering with former Formula 1 driver Carmen Jorda for a new animated movie called Carmen. The film is being produced by Michael Gracey (The Greatest Showman) and Tyler Thompson (Black Swan), and Jeremy Zag, the creator of Miraculous, is leading the project. He hopes to build Carmen into a successful franchise, similar to Miraculous‘s Ladybug and Cat Noir. According to ZAG, the movie follows Carmen as she strives to achieve her dreams and find herself. A release date hasn’t been announced yet, but you can see a first look image below.
