I’m a little sad to share that Space Brothers is coming to an end this year! After all this time following Mutta and Hibito’s journeys, creator Chuya Koyama has decided to wrap things up with just three chapters left – he feels it’s the natural conclusion to the story. He even said he’s excited to see how it all finishes up, and hopes everyone sticks around to read the final volume! The last chapter will be out this spring, and the complete manga will have a whopping forty-six volumes when it’s finished this summer. It’s been an incredible run – not quite as massive as One Piece, but Space Brothers has definitely captured the hearts of a lot of us fans!

In a recent interview with Raiders of the Lost Pod, actress Alcock shared a fascinating detail about her Supergirl costume: her cape was made from leftover fabric originally used to create Christopher Reeve’s iconic Superman cape. The production team discovered extra material from the original costume’s creation, and almost 50 years after Reeve first portrayed Superman, it’s now part of Alcock’s cape.

With fans eager for news about the anime’s comeback, the manga is celebrating the series with a special pop-up exhibition. The artist, Mizuho, shared a new illustration of Kija, the White Dragon Warrior, on her official X account to promote the event. She also cautioned fans that this exhibition will be different from past ones and will contain spoilers from Volume 47 of the manga, which features the story’s final arc. The exhibition is located in the Sannomiya district of Kobe, Japan, and will run until the 14th of this month.

After 13 years since its last film, Puella Magi Madoka Magica is continuing the story and finally resolving a long-standing cliffhanger with a new movie, Puella Magi Madoka Magica The Movie: Walpurgisnacht: Rising. Production has faced several setbacks, including past release date changes—it was initially planned for February 2026—but the film is now scheduled to premiere in Japan this August.
