Sanctuary Games CEO Hyunduk You announced they’re aiming for an epic scope with their new game, despite being a small team. They also believe players can enjoy ‘gacha’-style gameplay without having to spend extra money on microtransactions. Their new collectible turn-based RPG, Zanerdin: The Unbound, set in the world of Kalatos, is designed to deliver what players truly want in a game, rather than just a list of features.

When asked about the possibility of updating Eternal Darkness: Sanity’s Requiem, Dyack stated he’d gladly collaborate with Miyamoto again. He praised the team they previously worked with, calling them some of the best, and noted that Eternal Darkness really captured the spirit of its time, influencing the culture around it.
