Netflix’s Biggest Anime Breakout Returns for New Release Ahead of Season 2

I really enjoyed the first season of Delicious in Dungeon when it finished airing in 2024, and I was excited to hear a second season was planned. However, we haven’t had many updates since then about what’s coming or when it might be released. Recently though, Delicious in Dungeon has popped up again with a collaboration event at Tokyo German Village in Japan this June! To celebrate, Studio Trigger created some fantastic new anime artwork, which you can check out below.

30 Years Later, The Return of an Underrated ’90s Animated Series Hits Major Milestone

Created by Christian and Yvon Tremblay and produced by Hanna-Barbera, the cartoon SWAT Kats aired on TBS from 1993 to 1995, taking viewers to the futuristic Megakat City. The show centered on Jake “Razor” Clawson and Chance “T-Bone” Adler, two ex-police officers who used high-tech jet fighters, like the Turbokat, to fight crime and battle their old boss, Commander Feral, and the villain Dark Kat. Recently, a nostalgia-fueled project, SWAT Kats: The First Ever Comic Book, launched on Kickstarter and quickly became a huge success, raising over $757,000 from nearly 7,000 supporters. This broke Kickstarter records, making it the platform’s most funded single-issue comic book. The project continued to thrive, ultimately reaching over $1,000,000 in funding through Backerkit.

The Rhythm of Progress

The evolution of performance across nine datasets reveals a punctuated pattern where state-of-the-art solutions-plotted by their temporal position and normalized percentile performance [latex]x_{n}[/latex]-do not consistently improve, but rather advance in bursts, as evidenced by the red frontier curve contrasting with the stable median [latex]x_{n}[/latex] over time.

New research reveals a universal pattern of long periods of incremental improvement punctuated by bursts of rapid advancement across diverse fields of science and technology.
