Kevin Feige, in an interview with Variety, admitted that after spending 12 years developing the Infinity Saga, they had often thought, “That’s something that will never happen to us,” referring to the potential over-extension of the Marvel Cinematic Universe with numerous films and TV series. However, when faced with the need to create more content, Feige acknowledged, “Well, we do have more,” but admitted that perhaps they had stumbled into this situation.
