The highly anticipated game, *Pathologic 3*, will be released on PC through Steam on January 9, 2026, according to publisher HypeTrain Digital and developer Ice-Pick Lodge. Versions for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S will be available sometime after that. A playable demo is currently available during the Steam Next Fest in October 2025.

About the Game
Pathologic 3 is the latest installment in the beloved and enigmatic series about a strange plague hitting a remote steppe town. You’ll play as Daniil Dankovsky, a doctor from the capital, who comes seeking a rumored immortal, but quickly finds himself battling the epidemic and trying to save the city within a tight 12-day timeframe. It’s a psychological detective story where your choices matter.
Okay, so I’m playing this really intense psychological horror game where I’m a doctor, and basically, I have just 12 days to figure out what’s causing this weird plague that’s hitting this town. It’s all about making tough calls – I have to be super accurate with my diagnoses, and the choices I make actually change the town’s future, and even let me mess with the past! It’s stressful though, because everything is falling apart around me, and I have to keep it together while trying to save everyone.
