In the game Peak, a significant new update has been released, featuring an exciting addition – a brand-new biome called the Mesa. Over the coming week, the Mesa is set to take over from the current Alpine biome. Fear not, as the developers have assured us that the Alpine biome will make occasional appearances in future maps alongside the Mesa. The update doesn’t just introduce the new Mesa biome, but also offers players new items and badges to discover and collect.
As a passionate fan of Peak, I couldn’t help but share some exciting news about our latest update! Aggro Crab, the publisher, hinted at potential future updates as well, although they’re keeping things under wraps for now. The developers are working diligently to ensure the game’s stability and eliminate any pesky bugs that might be lingering.
While we may not have a detailed roadmap outlining new biomes or features just yet, their primary focus is on enhancing the current gameplay experience for everyone. This means a smoother, more enjoyable game for all of us players in the long run! For the complete details about this update, be sure to check out the official patch notes on Steam. Enjoy playing Peak!

If you’re among those who haven’t played Peak yet, today’s update presents an excellent opportunity! Usually inexpensive, the game is currently on sale with a 38% discount, bringing its price down from $7.99 to an astonishingly low $4.95. On Steam, it’s hard to find prices lower than this, especially considering Peak boasts a “Very Positive” rating, having been enjoyed by over 74,000 players so far. The sale ends on Monday, August 18th. Unfortunately, the game is only available for PC at the moment, and there’s currently no information regarding a potential console release.
