Atlus has released the first gameplay footage for Persona 4 Revival and announced its release date. The company initially revealed plans for a Persona 4 remake almost a year ago, but the first trailer didn’t show much gameplay. Now, Atlus has provided a more detailed look at P4R and confirmed when players can expect it to launch.
The recent Xbox Games Showcase revealed a new trailer for Persona 4 Revival, giving fans a better idea of how this remake will improve upon the original game. As expected, the graphics and gameplay have been significantly enhanced, and all the characters now feature new voice acting. Persona 4 Revival appears to follow a similar style to Persona 3 Reload, suggesting that players who enjoyed that remake will likely be very pleased with this new version of Persona 4.
The biggest reveal from Atlus’ trailer was the release date for Persona 4 Revival. Previous rumors suggested a launch in early 2027, and those were correct – the game will be released on February 18th. Players will be able to enjoy P4R on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
