Persona 6 Reveal Rumored to Finally Happen This Summer

Okay, so I’m hearing some seriously exciting news! It looks like Atlus might finally show off Persona 6 in just a few months. We’ve been waiting for what feels like forever – almost ten years! – for a new Persona game. They’ve been busy with remakes of older titles and a brand new game called Metaphor: ReFantazio, which is cool, but honestly, I’ve been craving Persona 6. Thankfully, it sounds like our wait might actually be coming to an end soon, which is a huge relief!

According to information shared by eXtas1stv, the upcoming Xbox Games Showcase on June 7th might be where Atlus officially unveils Persona 6. While this insider’s predictions haven’t always been accurate, they state this claim isn’t based on new intelligence, but rather a collection of long-standing reports and rumors surrounding the game.

It would be logical for Atlus to announce Persona 6 at this event. Atlus has made some of its biggest announcements, like the reveal of Persona 4 Revival, during Xbox events recently. So, another collaboration between Xbox and Atlus for a major reveal wouldn’t be surprising.

Persona 6’s Reveal Seems Likely in 2026

While we might not see Persona 6 at the Xbox event in June, there’s a good possibility it will be revealed before the end of 2026. This is because 2024 marks the 30th anniversary of the Persona series, and Atlus will likely want to celebrate by giving fans a first look at the next main game.

Atlus might focus on updates for Persona 4 Revival, scheduled to release before the end of March 2027. We haven’t heard much about the Persona 4 remake since it was announced last year, so it’s likely we’ll see it at the upcoming Xbox Showcase. While it’s possible Persona 6 will also be revealed at the same event, there’s no confirmation of that just yet.
