As we mentioned earlier this week, the Persona series will have several 30th anniversary celebrations starting in 2026.
However, the first game announced probably won’t appeal to PlayStation 5 owners, as it appears to be a Nintendo exclusive: Fitness Boxing Persona 5.
Fans of this series will remember that we’ve collaborated on several games based on other popular franchises, like Fist of the North Star and Hatsune Miku.
Based on past games, you can expect to practice with characters like Ann Takamaki and Ryuji Sakamoto. We also anticipate seeing familiar faces such as Morgana, Igor, and other supporting characters make an appearance.
The Fitness Boxing series, created by Japanese developer Imagineer, has mostly been available on Nintendo Switch, and we anticipate that will continue to be the case.
While we suppose there is a small chance of a PSVR2 version, we wouldn’t hold your breath.
