I still can’t get over how talented Kim is as an actress! I remember when we were together, she casually mentioned wanting to try acting, and I was immediately supportive. But then she actually started acting, and she was genuinely amazing! Honestly, it blew my mind – I was just thinking, ‘Wow, she’s really good at this!’ It’s incredible to see her succeed.

Nikki knows Kim is a talented performer because they’re both in the new movie Fifth Wheel, directed by Eva Longoria, with Fortune Feimster and Brenda Song.

Nikki enthusiastically described her as incredibly intelligent and capable of achieving anything she sets her mind to. She particularly admires her determination to prove people wrong, especially those who doubt her. Nikki also pointed out that entering the acting world was a brave move, knowing she’d face extra scrutiny and expectations of failure given public perceptions of her.

I was really struck by how much the Golden Globes host admired Kim, and it wasn’t just her acting! They also praised her amazing ability to deal with all the public scrutiny she faces. It’s truly inspiring to see her handle criticism with such grace.

Nikki explained that Kim often seems out of touch with major current events. Nikki described asking Kim about a big news story involving herself, and Kim having no idea what she was talking about. Nikki believes Kim intentionally avoids staying informed to protect herself. She was already fond of Kim, but was pleasantly surprised by how well Kim handled things, exceeding her expectations.

Pete then shared why he still admires Kim, telling Nikki, “She’s really funny.”

Pete Davidson has a history of dating comedians, including Kim Kardashian. Before getting engaged to Ariana Grande in 2018, he also dated Cazzie David and Carly Aquilino.
