Considering everything we’ve seen, Echoes of Aincrad: Sword Art Online appears to be the most expansive and well-funded game in the Sword Art Online series so far.
I’m really excited to see what people think of the playable demo! It’s coming out for PS5 next Tuesday, June 16th, and I can’t wait to get my hands on it and see how it plays.
This is ahead of the full game’s release on the 10th July. It’ll be here before you know it.
We don’t yet know exactly what the demo will feature, but it’s likely to be the same portion of the game – a relatively early part of the adventure – that journalists have already seen.
Good news about Echoes of Aincrad – early reviews are very promising! Critics especially like how the RPG lets you explore freely and emphasizes teamwork.
The fighting feels a little weak and could be improved, but generally, people are really excited about this game.
