Pokemon fans have been eagerly awaiting the release of *Pokemon Legends: Z-A*, and now they’re finally getting a chance to play it. The game introduces changes like new Mega Evolutions and battles that happen in real-time, making it feel distinct from previous Pokemon titles. While not everyone will be thrilled with these changes, one major improvement is a clear success, and players are hoping it becomes a permanent feature in future games, starting with Generation 10.
Pokemon games haven’t always offered much in the way of character customization – early titles had a single, fixed character design. While recent games have added some clothing options, fans have been asking for more freedom. *Pokemon Legends: Z-A* seems to have answered that call. The game boasts a huge variety of clothes, hairstyles, and accessories, and – importantly – no restrictions. You can mix and match anything you want, regardless of your character’s gender. Based on the reaction online, Pokemon fans are loving this new level of personalization.
Pokemon Legends: Z-A Players Can’t Stop Sharing Their Daily Looks
Lumiose City’s shops offer a huge range of customization options for your character, letting you change everything from hairstyles and colors to accessories. You could spend a long time browsing all the boutiques! While we can’t actually enter the shops, the holographic shopping experience is still pretty cool. For many players, being able to fully customize their character is a big improvement in the Pokemon games.
Ever since the release of *Pokemon Legends: Z-A*, players have been sharing their unique character styles online. Some are even posting daily outfits, just like they would with their real-life fashion! The game’s photo mode makes it even more fun to show off characters and Pokémon in cool locations, like the cafes in Lumiose City. I personally spent extra time finishing the game because I kept getting caught up taking photos, and it’s great to see so many others enjoying the outfits and photo features too.

With *Pokemon Legends: Z-A*, you can create a truly unique character – whether you want to resemble the trainer Naveen or design your own style to match your Pokemon team. It offers the most character customization options of any Pokemon game so far, and players are excited to show off their creations! However, because *Z-A* is a new type of game, it’s uncertain if this much customization will be available in future games like the next generation (Gen 10).
We don’t have many official details about the next Pokémon game yet. Now that *Legends: Z-A* has been released, it’s probably only a matter of time before we learn about Generation 10. While rumors have given us some hints about what to expect, many fans – including me – are hoping Nintendo includes lots of clothing and customization options for our characters. *Z-A* doesn’t have a completely new Pokédex, so having one in the next game, along with extensive character customization, would be a great way to set Generation 10 up for success.
