As a die-hard Pokémon fan, I’m super excited to share some thrilling news! The legendary Pokémon Company and the brilliant minds at Game Freak have dropped a fresh trailer for the highly anticipated game, Pokémon Legends: Z-A. They’ve even given us a sneak peek into a wrestling-style video featuring a brand new Mega-Evolved Pokémon – none other than Mega Hawlucha! This guy is making his grand entrance, marking the start of some incredible battles ahead!
Here is the Pokemon’s official description:
Mega Hawlucha
- Category: Wrestling Pokemon
- Type: Fighting / Flying
- Height: 3’3″ (1 m)
- Weight: 55.1 lbs. (25 kg)
Enhanced by Mega Evolution, it absorbs blow after blow from enemies’ attacks, relying on its enhanced muscle power. By provoking enemies to attack first, it strikes back swiftly to disorient them before pouncing with its signature move, Flying Press, in pursuit of a winning position.
The Pokemon Company is teaming up with Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL) to organize a special event at Arena Mexico in Mexico City on September 25, 2025, starting at 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time. This event will include four exciting exhibition matches starring popular lucha libre wrestlers, including Mistico. Tickets for this event can soon be purchased through Ticketmaster.
The game titled “Pokemon Legends: Z-A” will be released for Nintendo Switch 2 and regular Nintendo Switch on the 16th of October. Check out the latest collection of screenshots in our gallery.
