The initial mainline Pokemon game since Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, which released in 2022, is Pokemon Legends: Z-A. This gap between games is longer than what fans usually experience, leading to curiosity about the final product. Pokemon Scarlet and Violet encountered a fair share of criticism due to launch performance problems, so fans are eager that history won’t repeat itself. However, the specific designs for these potential Mega Evolutions have yet to be unveiled. It’s possible that we won’t see them until the game is released this fall, though some details might not surface until then.
