Starting from July 23rd this month, supplies will become available once more for pre-ordering, with the exception being on the PlayStation Direct website. If you’re a PS Plus member, you’ll have an early access opportunity to pre-order two days prior, starting July 21st, and PS Plus members can start their pre-orders as early as July 21st.
