Queer Eye to End at Netflix After Season 10

Queer Eye is gearing up for one last round of makeovers.

Netflix has revealed on July 9 that the final season of their Emmy-winning reality series, currently in production in Washington, D.C., will mark its conclusion after ten seasons.

The series titled “Queer Eye” premiered back in 2018, initially featuring Antoni Porowski as the food specialist, Jonathan Van Ness (JVN) handling grooming, Karamo Brown taking care of relationships, Tan France focusing on style, and Bobby Berk being responsible for interior design – collectively known as the “Fab Five.” However, during seasons nine and 10, Brent took over from Bobby Berk in his role.

The show’s official Instagram post, accompanied by a picture of its main cast at the Lincoln Memorial, reads: “10 seasons, the fabulous five, one more journey to go.” Essentially, they are announcing that the 10th season of QUEER EYE is now being filmed!

During its run on Netflix, the show “Queer Eye” – a remake of the mid-2000s Bravo series titled “Queer Eye for the Straight Guy” – received an impressive total of 37 Emmy Award nominations, and took home 11 wins. Among these victories were six consecutive awards in the category of Outstanding Structured Reality Program.

The members of the Fab Five expressed their individual responses upon hearing that season 10 would mark their final stint together.

In an Instagram post, Jonathan expressed his enthusiasm saying, “We’re wrapping up Season 10! Can’t wait for you all to see it, and we’re eagerly looking forward to the adventures ahead!

Tan also shared a sentimental message in the wake of the announcement.

He announced that it was the initial day of the final season of “Queer Eye,” expressing gratitude for the lengthy, beautiful journey they’ve been on. He also expressed his appreciation for all the love and support that their small show received, which not only transformed the lives of others, but also impacted him in ways he never imagined possible.

Tan expressed, “Starting our farewell run in D.C., I just wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude! Many thanks!!!

I recently shared a post from the Queer Eye account on my Instagram Stories, expressing, “Let’s make this final one extraordinary.
