The penultimate episode of Race Across the World 2026 won’t be airing in its usual slot this week.
The popular travel show is back for its sixth season, usually airing on BBC One Thursdays at 8pm.
However, this week viewers can tune in to watch the episode live on Wednesday at 8pm.
To broadcast the second semi-final of this year’s Eurovision Song Contest, BBC One will be airing the show on Thursday night from 8pm to 10:15pm.
The first semi-final will be shown on Tuesday, and the grand finale will air on Saturday night from 8pm to 11:50pm.
This year, the UK’s Eurovision contestant is Sam Battle, who performs as Look Mum No Computer. He’s a solo artist creating unique and experimental music.
So far in Race Across the World 2026, the teams have journeyed through countries like Italy, Greece, Turkey, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Kyrgyzstan.
On Wednesday’s next-to-last episode, the teams will arrive in Mongolia, the final country on the race. They’ll have to deal with very cold weather and challenging terrain.
