Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4 is out this week, so you may already have skateboarding on the brain.
This exclusive skateboard seems an excellent method to honor developer Naughty Dog’s 40th anniversary, doesn’t it?
Earlier this week, as announced by Dark Horse, the skateboard showcases the classic logo of the Uncharted and The Last of Us developers, presented in a captivating holographic design.
Here’s the official product description:
Witness the iconic Naughty Dog Logo like never before! Crafted in dazzling holographic foil for a striking, attention-grabbing appearance, the Naughty Dog 40th Anniversary: Classic Logo Skate Deck seamlessly blends into the half-pipes of Naughty Dog’s hometown, Santa Monica, at local skate parks, or proudly displayed in your collection. Honour four decades of Naughty Dog’s rich history with this exclusive skate deck.
Naughty Dog is primarily recognized for creating popular PlayStation games, but it has a history that predates Sony’s console with titles such as “Rings of Power” for the Sega Genesis and “Way of the Warrior” for the short-lived 3DO. Notably, “Way of the Warrior” bears an uncanny resemblance to Mortal Kombat in a less than favorable way.
If you prefer something more down-to-earth, Dark Horse is also offering a skateboard themed after “The Last of Us”, featuring captivating artwork representing the Cordyceps fungus.
