If you’ve been waiting for a new Killzone game to turn up, you’re in luck — sort of.
A game called Killzone Extraction is out now, but it’s important to know that it isn’t connected to the popular PlayStation Killzone shooter series, and it’s exclusively available on Nintendo Switch.
Killzone Extraction, published by Eathrabaria, unfortunately feels like a quickly made, low-quality game that’s relying on the Killzone brand to attract players.

Honestly, there’s a lot of poorly made software flooding online stores right now. You see it all the time on Nintendo’s eShop, and PlayStation Store has plenty of these types of games as well.

Killzone Extraction is likely to be taken down soon, as Sony will probably notice its use of copyrighted material and issue a legal warning.
Don’t expect to see a new Killzone game anytime soon. Guerrilla Games is currently focused on the Horizon series. While it’s possible Sony might allow another company to develop a Killzone game, it’s unlikely.
