Console Variations, a site specializing in documenting unusual video game hardware, acquired the controller for approximately $1,300 on eBay.
As reported on the site, the ‘Alpine Green’ or ‘Jewel Green’ gaming controller was specifically made accessible only during the eSports World Cup held in Saudi Arabia this past July.
It is estimated that only a few thousand units were ever produced.
