Ready or Not 2 trailer arrives…

The 2019 horror film ‘Ready or Not’ was a surprising success, making $57 million despite only costing $6 million to produce. Now, the trailer for the sequel – officially titled ‘Ready or Not 2: Here I Come’ – has been released, giving us a first look.

So what’s the Ready or Not 2 trailer about?

Picking up right after a brutal attack by the Le Domas family, Grace finds herself in an even more dangerous game, now with her sister Faith by her side. She has a single opportunity to survive, protect Faith, and seize control of the powerful council that governs everything. Four competing families are after the throne, and the winner will rule the world.

Who’s in it?

Samara Weaving, known for her roles in Ready or Not and Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri, is back as Grace in the sequel READY OR NOT 2: HERE I COME. The film, directed by Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett (who also brought us Ready or Not, Scream VI, and Abigail), also stars Kathryn Newton (Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, Abigail, Big Little Lies), Sarah Michelle Gellar (Cruel Intentions, I Know What You Did Last Summer, Buffy the Vampire Slayer), Shawn Hatosy (The Pitt), and Elijah Wood (The Monkey). Néstor Carbonell (The Dark Knight), Kevin Durand (Abigail), and horror icon David Cronenberg (The Fly) complete the cast. Guy Busick (Abigail, Scream) and R. Christopher Murphy (Castle Rock) wrote the script, and the film is produced by Tripp Vinson (Fountain of Youth, Murder Mystery), James Vanderbilt (Zodiac, Fountain of Youth), Bradley J. Fischer (Transformers), and William Sherak (Abigail, Scream).

The film will be in cinemas on 10th April 2026.
