The long-awaited ninth installment in the Resident Evil series is titled Resident Evil: Requiem. This game promises to usher in a fresh era of survival horror due to its captivating gameplay. In this game, players assume the role of Grace Ashcroft, an FBI analyst who finds herself investigating a murder at a hotel where her mother had tragically passed away. Throughout the game, players will tackle puzzles, manage resources, and struggle to endure the terrors that surface as they delve deeper into the case. Players can switch between first-person and third-person viewpoints, offering a detailed examination of crucial evidence.
After the unveiling of the trailer, fans of Resident Evil Requiem got an additional glimpse into the game through a June Creators’ Message video. This in-depth discussion, which took place behind the scenes, clarified some previous speculations and revealed why a new protagonist was chosen for the game. New Resident Evil Requiem Trailer to Debut at Gamescom
On August 12th, Geoff Keighley of The Game Awards shared information about a forthcoming reveal of “Resident Evil Requiem.” This trailer is set to debut during the initial events at Gamescom happening from August 20th to 24th in Cologne, Germany. Fortunately for those who can’t attend this year, the upcoming trailer will also be streamed live.
As per the notice on Keighley’s post, the new Resident Evil Requiem trailer is set to premiere on August 19th at 2 PM Eastern Daylight Time. You can catch this along with other Opening Night Live events live on the Gamescom website, which will be hosted by Keighley.

Currently, there’s no specific information available about what the trailer for Resident Evil Requiem will showcase.
