After finishing its eighth season earlier this year with some unexpected twists for the Smith family, Rick and Morty has been renewed by Adult Swim through season twelve. That means fans can look forward to at least four more seasons, and possibly even more beyond that. However, the upcoming Rick and Morty: The End is hinting at a surprising finale for the show, and we’re getting an exclusive first look.
A new comic book series, Rick And Morty: The End, is coming out and will reportedly conclude the adventures of Rick and Morty in print. Oni Press, the publisher, has stated this isn’t a misleading title – it truly is the final story for the characters after ten years and over 100 issues. Written by Daniel Kibblesmith and illustrated by Jarrett Williams, this mini-series marks the end of Oni Press’ run with Rick And Morty.
Oni Press gave egmr.ru a sneak peek at the first issue of their Rick and Morty: The End comic, including the covers and a few pages. The comic’s story will bring Rick Sanchez’s adventures to a close. Here’s the premise: Rick is the most wanted man across all universes, with a huge bounty on his head. Everyone – governments, pirates, even clowns and endangered species – is trying to capture him, dead or alive. The only one who might succeed is Morty Smith, who knows Rick best. But Morty isn’t the only Smith on the hunt – “Space Beth” is also after Rick, and she’s willing to do anything to get him!

The first issue of this comic series will be available at comic book stores and from retailers on December 3rd. Oni Press playfully shared details about the series and its covers, joking that readers will be so excited by the announcement they’ll practically destroy their phones while waiting for the release!

The History of Rick And Morty Comics
The incredibly popular show Rick and Morty, which started on Adult Swim, has a strong history with comic books. Beyond the main series, there have been several spin-off comics featuring the Smith family’s adventures – from playing Dungeons & Dragons to battling monsters and exploring different worlds. Given the show’s past success with comics, we anticipate that The End will offer a dramatic and fitting conclusion to Rick and Morty’s story.
