A popular rumour in Saudi Arabia suggests that two major games will be added to the PS Plus Extra library this month.
I’m seeing a rumor going around online that Final Fantasy 16 and Dragon’s Dogma 2 are going to be the big games featured in an upcoming showcase. If that’s true, it sounds like it’ll be one of the most exciting lineups we’ve seen in a while!
It’s important to note that the origin of this story is unknown. Even billbil-kun, a usually very accurate source for PlayStation Plus leaks, isn’t sure if it’s true.
He posted on X (formerly Twitter) today saying he’d looked into the matter, but wasn’t sure he could provide a complete response. He asked people to check back for updates.
Whether or not we find out beforehand, Sony will officially announce all the new games coming to PS Plus Extra for March on Wednesday, March 11th.
Personally, we’re going to file this one under unlikely for now.
Final Fantasy 16 and Dragon’s Dogma 2 are both major releases that would typically dominate any month. Because of this, it seems unlikely that both games will be added to the service at the same time.
